Leonardo Kestleman
Managing Director, Emerging Markets
Leo Kestleman joined Dinosaur in 2001 as Managing Director of Emerging Market Fixed Income Sales and Trading. Prior to this, Leo was founder and CEO of SGGK DTVM with offices in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil—a major provider of liquidity in the Brazilian inter-dealer fixed income market. His tenure spanned from 1990 through 2000. Leo is a wine enthusiast and is fluent in multiple languages.
Steven Roseman
Managing Director
Part of our 2001 founding team, Steven Roseman advises capital markets and is portfolio manager for Dinosaur’s wealth management. Prior to this, Steve spent more than two decades in institutional derivatives trading at Bierbaum-Martin Securities and Garvin Guy Butler Corp. In these roles, he helped to establish interbank interest rate swap trading during multi-year tenures in London and Tokyo. A former graduate fellow in mathematics at Fordham University Graduate School of Business, MBA, he continues to be involved in Fordham alumni activities.
Rob Feeney
Senior Vice President, Institutional Trading
Bob Feeney manages Dinosaur’s institutional trading activities in the New York headquarters. A 40-year veteran of the U.S. Treasury market, he is an expert in the interdealer market for U.S. Treasury bonds. Bob spent 30 years of his career with Cantor Fitzgerald. In addition to his deep experience in the financial world, Bob has been a basketball coach at the high school and college levels.
Elliot Grossman
Managing Director
Elliot is committed to building and continually improving Dinosaur Group’s global equity trading capabilities. Throughout his career, he has researched and adopted the high-end institutional platforms that have enabled Dinosaur to successfully manage deals and transactions around the world. As a close advisor to the CEO and founder, he works with the management team to position Dinosaur Group for the future.
Elliot earned a BA in history from Kenyon College in 2005. He holds series 4, 7, 24, 55, 63 and 99 licenses. He is an avid cook, and a theater and film enthusiast.
Venisha Firth
CFA/CAO and Comptroller
Venisha Frith graduated from City College of New York (magna cum laude) and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Venisha obtained her MBA while working at Dinosaur where she has spent her entire professional career. Venisha is a highly respected member of the executive management team of the company and has been instrumental in building its financial infrastructure. As the Financial and Operations Principal, she oversees all financial and administrative functions.
Javier Perez-Santalla
Managing Director, Fixed Income
Javier began his career in Foreign Exchange with Exco/Noonan Astley Pearce in 1982. Soon after, he joined Nippon Credit Bank and rose to become their chief currency trader. Glenn and Javier first met at Cantor Fitzgerald in 1992 where Javier was Managing Director in charge of all Foreign Exchange. Glenn and Javier worked very closely during those years and helped grow Cantor to become a global forex powerhouse. Before joining Dinosaur, Javier worked as a Managing Director at Refco where he was also involved in forex, specializing in Latin American markets. Javier has been with Dinosaur since 2003 and has been instrumental in growing our institutional trading capabilities. Javier and his family are very involved in their community and church activities.
Glenn Grossman
CEO and Founder
Formerly a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Tullett & Riley, Glenn has spent 30 years running the operations of Wall Street firms. After nearly two decades with Tullett and its successors, he joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1991 as a Senior Managing Director and an Executive Vice President, heading international operations, which included all of Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. Sensing an opportunity for a new kind of investment bank, he formed Dinosaur Securities in 2001.
He graduated from Union College (magna cum laude) and from Columbia University '74 (MBA).
